SAP

Required:

• 4.6 or 4.7 SAP experience (ABAP). SAP BW is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years prior ABAP programming experience focusing on PS, CS and SD functionality. CRM experience is a plus
• SAP ABAP programming for Reports/Interfaces/Conversions/Extensions/Enhancements/Forms and Workflow
• Required knowledge in the use of BADIs and user exits, tables, smartforms, ABAP/4, SAPScript, Report Writer, EDI, Portal technology, customizations and bolt-ons, batch job creation and interfaces using IDOCS
• Transaction/Dialog programming
• Good understanding of ABAP dictionary, objects and debugging tools
• Coordinate and support technical implementations
• Debugging of different SAP processes
• Write Technical Specifications and provide estimates on development activities
• Prior experience should include one or more SAP implementations and experience in a support role is desired, but not mandatory
• The ability to work well in a team environment and to clearly explain technical ideas to non-technical users are required
• Bachelors Degree (IT, MIS, etc.) or equivalent experience and SAP ABAP certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for delivering small to large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our customer base achieve high performance

• The Business Systems Analyst’s role is to plan, design, develop and launch efficient business, financial and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes

• This individual will be responsible for assisting the business process owners in facilitating the adoption of new or improved processes and/or procedures across the organization and in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications in support of these processes

Key Responsibilities may include:

• Solicit and document business requirements

• Perform application design activities (i.e. writing functional designs)

• Lead gap analysis activities comparing business requirements to software

• Create functional requirements as an input to application design

• Assist with build, test and deploy activities

• Perform testing work

• Develop efficient code (if applicable)

Required:

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Management Information Systems

• Minimum of 8 years IT experience in the area of Systems Analysis and Application Development/Deployment

• Significant experience in implementing ERP systems

• Thorough understanding of Project and Product Management, Sales and Distribution and Customer Relationship Management

• Must possess proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of organizational directives and their business goals as well as to maximize the value of IT system investments. Sound facilitation skills are a must

• Specific experience in implementing SAP is required with a minimum of one implementation/roll-out (complete lifecycle)

• Experience in SAP Technical Architecture and Development desired

• Particular experience in SAP ABAP is a plus
