Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
•Lead in the development, implementation and maintenance of specific procurement processes; including E-Commerce initiatives; Supplier Development, Material Information Network and others. Utilize LEAN concepts to guide teams in such efforts.
• Lead in facilitating and managing lean initiatives in World Wide Supply Chain processes. Maintain close interface with Systems & Solutions Global Lean team.
• Lead in facilitating Systematic Management (including QFD) throughout the organization.
• Facilitate and provide training in use of problem-solving tools.
• Take strategic role in identifying long-term commodity management opportunities. Work with
Supply Management peers to ensure successful implementation of savings opportunities.
• Coordinate Best Practice efforts throughout the Divisions; ensuring standardization of practices.
• Maintain role as Quality Champion, ensuring Supply Management personnel are current on
documented procedures.
• Support the maintenance of procurement tools, such as MIN and Inflation Model.
Primary interface with Corporate Procurement for all Corporate Leveraging programs.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
The position requires a B.S. in Engineering, Supply Chain Logistics or related field with five or more years of related experience.
Position requires 20% travel.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
• Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for all phases of turbine retroft projects including hydraulic system design, hydraulic component selection, mechanical assembly design, wiring diagrams and part detail designs.
• Develop project schedules, manage the procurement budget and interface with the systems integrator to ensure a successful project.
* Candidate must be profcient with AutoCAD.
• Position requires creative solutions to the various design challenges of turbine retroft projects.
• Interact with control system engineers to ensure that project specifcations are being met.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to fulfll the requirements of the project.
• Experience in process control, and specifcally turbine control, is advantageous.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent is required with a minimum of five years of experience in turbine retrofts and/or hydraulic system design.
