8/4/06 - You bought a brand new suit, you have a polished resume and you have arrived on time - now what? Here are a few things that will keep you out of hot water...

1. Not knowing enough about the job, company or role you are interviewing for. You should be prepared to ask a lot of questions about the company and the position.
2. Not adequately demonstrating a logical thought process in arriving to solutions. Fishing around or jumping to conclusions is a sure sign that the you are failing to make a strong impression on the interviewer.
3. Showing a lack of integrity, misrepresenting information, or making derogatory comments about other companies, schools, classmates, etc.
