Summary
You will design and implement portal and server side applications as well as web services to retrieve data. You will also participate in requirements, design, development, and implementation of custom portal solutions. Additional duties include reviewing new technologies and providing recommendations as well as performance tuning on existing technologies.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
The successful candidate will have at least 4-5 years of applicable programming experience with the following:HTML, Java, Oracle, SQL, Technical Specifications, Testing - General. You will also need familiarity with Apache, open source applications, and XML technologies. Candidates with experience with BEA (Weblogix Portal, WebLogic Workshop, WebLogic Application Server), CSS (cascading style sheets), Tag library (*.tld), Javascript, Oracle (sql, plsql, forms, reports), JAVA, AJAX, ERSI ArcObjects/ ERSI ArcGIS are highly preferred. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
- A Bachelor degree in Computer Science is preferred.
