Summary

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions The successful will be an essential member of the New Generation Power Projects group, which focuses primarily on new construction power plants. The candidate should have strong project management skills, as well as good understanding of power plant control philosophies. Major responsibilities will include providing technical leadership to the group on power plant applications. The successful candidate should have good communication skills since they will represent the group at both internal and external meetings.

Other responsibilities include:

 

  • Lead meeting and issue meeting minutes
  • Design/Review/Test power plant controls
  • Manage time effectively on multiple projects
  • Monitor project financial performance Provide sales and marketing support
  • Develop and maintain customer relations Guide other team members on technical activities
  • Suggest improvements for products and processes
  • Subcontractor management

This position requires a bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent and a minimum of five years related experience.

Project travel is required for the position-10% to 20%.
