Embedded Software Engineer - Pittsburgh, PA

The primary duties of this position are the following:

• Development,verification and validation of embedded software Developing hardware/software requirements; using software engineering tools to design the software based on requirements
• Implementing the software based on the design
• Testing the hardware/software based on the requirements;
• Performing code inspections, reviews,unit testing,V&V activities
• Providing technical support for the software.

Must have:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in embedded real-time programming (using Motorola 68K
• Microcontrollers/microprocessors) in C, C++, ADA, and assembly languages;
• V&V experience; experience using in-circuit emulators, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, background debug monitors experience developing products in a software lifecycle process.
